Beauty and Babes Boutique Information

A night filled with wine, dinner, desserts, and trendy clothing from local boutiques. The fashion show features Moms of Angel babies that model clothing from local boutiques. All proceeds go to support families after the loss of their child regardless of gestation. Funds raised at the event will be used towards expanding the reach of impact of The Oaklyn Foundation by supporting organizational growth initiatives. Beauty and Babes is our top fundraiser each year.

The annual Beauty and Babes fashion show is our marquee event, that attracts over 250 people each year. Our first event was in 2019, and each year continues to get better! This year we are holding it at The District!

Boutique FAQ

  • Styling:

    Prior to the event, you will be assigned 3-4 models that you will be responsible for dressing. During the styling session, you will find different outfits that help the models look their best! (You will keep the clothes and bring them to the model the day of for the model to change into after hair and makeup.)

  • When do I set up?
    Vendors may begin set up anywhere from 10am-4:30 pm but must be finished with set up by 4:30pm Your boutique will receive 2 tickets to the event, which includes a plated meal.

  • When do I set up?

    In exchange for a spot at our vendor shopping event, we ask that you give a 20% donation from your sales for the evening back to the Non Profit so that we can continue to help grieving families.

    Donation needs to be made by May 31 and can be done through our website or sent to:

    *Vendors must have VIP fillers ready to be picked up by May 1, 2024

    4. Vendor Requirements:

    • Vendors must have items to sell at the event.

    • Vendors must provide their own equipment; tables, extension cords or any additional items needed.

    • Vendors must be willing to showcase at least 4 outfits (per model) on the models chosen for them.

    • You will need a write up for each outfit on the runway to show just how awesome the pieces are!

    • Vendors must have VIP fillers for our limited VIP guests bags sent to the Oaklyn

    • Foundation or ready to pick up by March 25, 2023.

    • It is very much appreciated that vendors promote the event in store and/or on their social media pages.
